Order for Protection without Hearing 1/25/23
Update 12/28/23: Extension of Order for Protection
A pre-existing order for protection will expire on 1/28/23.
Respondent violated the order.
Petitioner is reasonably in fear of physical harm from respondent.
Respondent has engaged in acts of harassment or stalking by committing the following:
- multiple electronic, third party contacts
- changing contact info
- changing mailing addresses
- contacting child’s school (non-joint)
- changing home alarm, Google home
- changing billing info
The following parties need an order for protection:
- Petitioner
- Children (minor)
Based upon these findings, IT IS ORDERED:
- Respondent must not commit acts of domestic abuse against the protected persons.
- Respondent must not have any contact with the protected persons. No exceptions.
- Respondent must not go to or enter the residence of the protected persons.
- Respondent must stay a reasonable distance away from the residence of the protected persons: 5 blocks
- Respondent must not call or enter protected persons’ place of employment
This Order will be effective for a period of 50 years, January 1, 2073.
